I Want You To Show Me Your Panties With a Disgusted Face 2 Review

I Want You To Show Me Your Panties With a Disgusted Face 2 Review

Best Maid Chitose Itou Returns

Chitose Itou, the only girl from the first season of IyaPan whom I gave a 10/10, returns for season 2. I said I wanted her to show me her panties with a disgusted face again, and she granted my wish. Truly, there can’t be a better maid out there.

I Want You To Show Me Your Panties With a Disgusted Face 2 is the same format as the first season. Once again, there are six episodes that are each about four minutes long. And, once again, my main complaint is that this isn’t enough content.

Now, you might think that Chitose returning is bad because she’s taking up a spot that could go to a new girl. But, her return is actually good — and not just because I like her. These additional four minutes of content are huge. Her screen time was doubled, which is what all the girls need.

Kano and Yuno Futaba – The Twins

The first new characters of this season are Kano and Yuno Futaba. Kano is the younger twin and Futaba is the older twin. And, both twins have crushes on their teacher (tutor), the viewer.

As a reward for doing well on their recent tests, the twins want the viewer to take them on a date. But, of course, the viewer tells them that they need to show him their panties first. You know, as you do. However, this turns out to be a dealbreaker, for some reason.

So, which of the twins is better? That’s easy; it’s Kano. Yes, they look identical. But, I like Kano’s personality more. She’s the more energetic and flirtatious of the two. Despite being “older,” Yuno is the shy one. Though, I do like Yuno’s zettai ryouiki (絶対領域) more than Kano’s tights. In the end, though, both Kano and Yuno get a 7/10.

Shiori Matsuura – The Bookstore Employee

Shiori Matsuura is the worst girl of IyaPan 2. Her character design, personality, and scenario are all pretty mediocre. Of all the girls, she wears the most conservative outfit. And, that’s saying something considering most of the girls don’t wear revealing clothes.

Her personality revolves around her love of books. She thought the viewer (a customer at her shop) was interested in the same books as her. But, as we know, that’s not the case. We (the viewers) just want to see her panties. Once Shiori learns this, she loses interest in the viewer because she only cares about books.

Okay, but what’s the issue with her scenario? I don’t think the bookstore employee is a very exciting premise. It’s no maid or nun or nurse. Those kinds of scenarios are exciting because there’s a sort of taboo around them. A girl working at a bookstore is boring, by comparison. Shiori gets a 5/10.

Natsumi Hayakawa – The Dental Assistant

Natsumi Hayakawa is my favorite new girl of IyaPan 2. She’s a dental assistant and fills the same role that Misuzu Tanahashi (the nurse) did in Season 1. Misuzu was good, so it only makes sense that Natsumi would be good, too.

But, Natsumi isn’t the same character as Misuzu in a slightly different setting. Her personality is quite different. Misuzu was a very friendly nurse. Natsumi actively hits on the viewer and tries to seduce him. She presses her chest against him while cleaning his teeth and drops hints by mentioning days when she’s free later in the week.

This is where the viewer fumbles. He says he’s not interested in going on a date with her. Instead, he wants her to show him her panties now. My guy, if you go out with her, you’ll be able to see her panties a lot more than once. Anyway, Natsumi gets a 9/10.

My Real and True Wife Maria Takayama Is Back

As with Chitose, I’m glad Maria Takayama returned for Season 2 of Iyapan. I like Maria a lot, despite the fact that I thought she went a little too easy on the viewer in Season 1. That’s still true in Season 2. But, the dynamic changed a bit.

In Season 1, Maria showed the viewer her panties in an attempt to “save his soul.” And, honestly, even I might convert if Maria did that for me. So, in this season, the viewer returns to thank Maria for what she’s done for him — and to ask to see her panties again.

I don’t blame the viewer for asking a second time after how she treated him the first time. Yes, she had a disgusted face while doing it. But, she didn’t take much convincing. And this time, she comments on how she doesn’t believe it will be the last time the viewer asks.

I’m upgrading Maria from an 8/10 to a 9/10.

Riko Fujino – The Little Sister*

Does anyone else see the name Riko Fujino and think it just screams “younger sister?” Like, how could a character with that name not be a little sister type? I can’t explain what it is about it that makes me feel that way. But, it’s something I feel deep down.

Now, Riko isn’t actually the viewer’s little sister. They’re childhood friends and have a sibling-like relationship because of their age difference. We know this because the viewer expresses that they only see Riko as a younger sister, not a potential partner.

But, that only makes what comes next worse — when the viewer asks to see Riko’s panties.

Of the panty reveals in this season, Riko’s was my favorite. But, the whole childhood friend/younger sister scenario is boring and overplayed. I mean, even Riko’s character design screams “generic middle/high school girl.” So, I have to give her a 6/10.

Final Thoughts

I Want You To Show Me Your Panties With a Disgusted Face 2 is a 7/10, just like the first season. I was considering rating it slightly lower. But, the inclusion of both Chitose and Maria kept it at a 7. Getting additional content of those two did a lot for this season.

A third season was announced at some point. I don’t know exactly when that was. But, considering it’s been four and a half years since IyaPan 2 and IyaPan 3 still doesn’t have a release date, we may never get it. I hope we do, though, because the key visual makes me think it’ll be the best season yet.

Fate/strange Fake: Whispers of Dawn Review

Fate/strange Fake: Whispers of Dawn Review

The Start of a Fake Holy Grail War

Fate/strange Fake: Whispers of Dawn is the prologue to the upcoming Fate/strange Fake anime. When is the full series coming out? I don’t know. I thought it was supposed to be later this year. But, when I checked it still has no release date.

What’s Fate/strange Fake about, though? What’s the twist of this series? If you’re familiar with Fate, you’ll probably know that every series has its own twist. There’s literally never just a normal Holy Grail War. There’s always something unique about it or the rules get broken in some way.

The unique thing about Fate/strange Fake is right there in the title. This is a fake Holy Grail War. What that means is that it’s manmade. It’s a manufactured Holy Grail War. But, how does that work? And, why would anyone want to do that?

An unnamed woman from the anime special Fate/strange Fake: Whispers of Dawn
An unnamed woman

To answer the first question: Magic. To answer the second question: The United States. This fake Holy Grail War is taking place somewhere in the Western US in a city called Snowfield. While there are cities called Snowfield in the US. This appears to be a generic city, not based on any one real-life location.

Now, the US is a pretty young nation. And, as such, the mages of the world tend not to view it as highly as other nations. The US doesn’t have the same history of magic that other parts of the world do — according to the British mages.

So, a group of mages in the US decided they’d prove their worth by manufacturing a Holy Grail War. They wanted to make a real one. But, that turned out to be too difficult. They could only manage to generate six servants, not seven. There’s no Saber in this Holy Grail War.

Meet the Servants

Gilgamesh is the first servant we see get summoned. I love Gilgamesh. Most Fate fans love Gilgamesh. Gilgamesh is great and makes anything he’s in better. He’s the Archer class servant of this Holy Grail War and his master is Tine Chelc.

The last servant we see get summoned is Enkidu, the Lancer class servant. Enkidu’s master is a dog, which kind of makes sense if you know what Enkidu is all about (nature). I’ll get into this more in the next section, but Enkidu and Gilgamesh are best friends.

Jack the Ripper is the Berserker class servant summoned to Flatt Escardos. If you know about other Fate series, you’ll notice this isn’t the Jack the Ripper we’re used to. Usually, Jack is a young girl in the Assassin class. This servant is the representation of the mystery and chaos of Jack.

Gilgamesh and Tine from the anime special Fate/strange Fake: Whispers of Dawn
Gilgamesh and Tine

The Caster class servant is one that we don’t have a name for. He was summoned to Orlando Reeve and we know he’s a writer. The only other thing we know about him is that he refers to himself as a hero-maker. I don’t know who he is.

Assassin class servants are kind of weird. Technically, they’re always supposed to be one of the Hassans (the True Assassins). But, that often doesn’t end up being the case. This time, however, it seems like it is the case. This female assassin doesn’t wear a skull mask like the Hassans. But, she uses the Zabaniya Noble Phantasm, which implies she is one of them.

Finally, we have the Rider class servant who also wasn’t named and doesn’t seem to have a physical form. Enkidu also mentions that this servant is their natural enemy and represents plague. So, I’m pretty confident in saying it’s the Pale Horseman.

Gilgamesh and Enkidu

Let’s talk about the boys — everyone’s favorite best friend duo, Gilgamesh and Enkidu. If you’ve played Fate/Grand Order or if you’ve watched the FGO: Babylonia anime, you should know about these two. They both come from the Epic of Gilgamesh, which was written over 4,000 years ago.

Many Fate fans know Gilgamesh as the “King of Heroes,” which alludes to him being the first hero we know of. The Epic of Gilgamesh is literally the first story we have evidence of about a hero. And, I would recommend everyone read it. It’s pretty short.

As you probably know, Gilgamesh is the protagonist of the Epic of Gilgamesh. He was the King of Uruk. But, what about Enkidu? Enkidu was a wild man created by the gods to be Gilgamesh’s equal. He was supposed to prevent Gilgamesh from terrorizing the citizens. However, he ended up becoming Gilgamesh’s best friend and adopted brother.

Enkidu fighting Gilgamesh from the anime special Fate/strange Fake: Whispers of Dawn
Enkidu fighting Gilgamesh

Now, I’m going to have to spoil part of this 4,000+ year story. Remember how Enkidu said that the Rider servant was his natural enemy? That doesn’t mean Rider is from the Epic of Gilgamesh. The only two other Fate servants in the Epic are Ishtar and Ereshkigal.

So, what did Enkidu mean here? Well, because Gilgamesh and Enkidu kept killing the pets of the gods, the gods decided to kill one of them. That one was Enkidu, whom the gods punished by inflicting him with disease.

This is why Enkidu says that the Rider who represents disease and plague is his “natural enemy.” And, what rider can you think of that represents disease and plague? The Pale (or sometimes White) Horseman of the Apocalypse. I think this is the Pale Horseman, though, because of its lack of a physical form.

Final Thoughts

Overall, I rated Fate/strange Fake: Whispers of Dawn an 8/10. I thought it was very good and I can’t wait for the full series to come out. It has some great characters in Gilgamesh and Enkidu. And, it had good animation. I’m looking forward to how this fake Holy Grail War plays out.

I Want You To Show Me Your Panties With a Disgusted Face Review

I Want You To Show Me Your Panties With a Disgusted Face Review

Intro to IyaPan

I Want You To Show Me Your Panties With a Disgusted Face (Iya na Kao sare nagara Opantsu Misete Moraitai / 嫌な顔されながらおパンツ見せてもらいたい), known as IyaPan, is a short-form ecchi anime. Just by reading the title, you should be able to figure out what this series is all about.

The series has 6 episodes that are each about 4 minutes long. So, you can watch the entire first season in the time it would take to watch a normal anime episode. And, each episode focuses on a different girl. In this review, I’ll be going through the series girl by girl in no particular order and giving my rating of each one.

Chitose Itou – The Maid

Chitose Itou is the viewer’s maid. Up until the events of this episode, she was a normal maid who had a good relationship with her employer — the viewer. However, that all changed when the viewer asked her to show him her panties.

What I liked about this episode is how it started off with the request and Chitose’s disgust. Then, it went back and showed how different Chitose’s demeanor was before the request. And, finally, we got the payoff of Chitose lifting her dress to reveal her panties.

Of the six girls, Chitose is probably my favorite. Her disgust with the viewer is the most visceral, which is an important factor. I’m going to give her a 10/10 — I want her to show me her panties while making a disgusted face again.

Yuina – The Idol

Yuina is an idol whose number one fan is the viewer. The viewer was one of Yuina’s first fans and is now the president of her fan club. So, in this episode, Yuina invites the viewer backstage after one of her shows to give him a birthday present. She’ll do something he requests.

Naturally, his request is for Yuina to show him her panties — and he doesn’t mean her show panties. When on stage, Yuina wears a second pair of show panties over her real panties. So, the viewer wants her to take those off and show him the real things, which she does.

I thought Yuina was going to be my favorite girl because she’s an idol. But, she actually turned out to be my least favorite. We got a nice scene of her pulling down her show panties. However, once you know they’re not her real panties, it’s not exciting. She gets a 6/10.

Misuzu Tanahashi – The Nurse

Misuzu Tanahashi is a nurse taking care of the viewer after he breaks his legs. She’s a fan of puzzles, so she brings the viewer a puzzle to keep him from getting bored in the hospital. And, she says that if he can finish it by lunch, she’ll give him a reward.

Now, if you watch this episode on AniWave, it’s completely different. For some reason, AniWave has a joke fansub up for this episode and it changes everything. The setting is different, Misuzu’s personality is different, and a lot of it doesn’t make sense. The subs are all wrong.

Going by the real subtitles, Misuzu is a high-tier girl in the series. Her swap from nice to disgusted is almost on par with Chitose’s. And, she’s voiced by Aoi Koga, who you may know as Kaguya Shinomiya. I give Misuzu a 9/10.

Maria Takayama – The Nun

Maria Takayama is a sister at a church. That setting alone makes her episode one of the spicier ones. However, her disgust with the viewer isn’t as extreme as I’d hoped it would be. Yes, she’s disgusted by his request. But, she doesn’t put up much resistance.

The framing of this request is that the viewer’s soul will be saved if only Maria shows him her panties. So, despite not wanting to show him and knowing it’s morally wrong of her, she does so. If it’s to save someone’s soul, then it’s her duty as a nun.

I’m going to give Maria an 8/10. She’s cute and the setting is good. But, if she had been more verbally abusive toward the viewer, she could have scored a 10. She was a bit too forgiving and accommodating of the viewer’s request.

Airi Sega – The Classmate

Airi Sega, like Yuina, is another girl I thought I’d like a lot more than I did. The classmate is a good scenario. However, with Airi, there’s way too much leadup to the part where she shows the viewer her panties.

She keeps on showing just a small portion of them. I get that it’s supposed to be teasing the viewer so they want more. But, it didn’t work. I wasn’t seeing that and looking forward to the full reveal. Instead, every time we got a glimpse, it made me think, “Is this it?”

In the end, we do get the full reveal, but by then I was kind of tired of her. I’m going to give her a 7/10. If there was less teasing, she would have scored higher. And, despite the setting being good, it was also pretty generic.

Iori Izumo – The Shrine Maiden

The final girl to talk about is Iori Izumo, the shrine maiden. But wait, she’s not only a shrine maiden. She’s also the viewer’s childhood friend. That’s right, we’re double dipping with this one! Though, the fact that she’s the viewer’s childhood friend doesn’t really matter.

So, in this episode, Iori mentions how when they were younger, the viewer said they liked shrine maidens. She then asks if there was a particular reason for this. It’s implied that the viewer says he likes shrine maidens because of her and he then asks to see her panties.

Now, Iori is a pretty good girl. I’m giving her a 7/10. But, again, the fact that she’s the viewer’s childhood friend didn’t actually matter. And, other than her outfit, the fact that she’s a shrine maiden didn’t matter, either. It’s not like with Chitose, Maria, or Misuzu where the setting mattered just as much as the clothes they wore.

Final Thoughts

Overall, I Want You To Show Me Your Panties With a Disgusted Face is a 7/10. It delivers on what the title promises. Could it have delivered on it better by including more ecchi content? Sure. But, I can’t really complain about what I got — only that I didn’t get enough.

Shoujo Sect Review

Shoujo Sect Review

Shoujo Sect manga cover art
Shoujo Sect

Just (Gay) Girls Being (Gay) Girls

Shoujo Sect (少女セクト) is an 18+ shoujo ai series. And by 18+, I mean it’s a hentai. But, I actually didn’t know it was a hentai when I added the manga to my list. I thought it was simply erotica, like Citrus.

You can imagine my surprise when, very quickly, I discovered my mistake. However, the Shoujo Sect manga is very short — only 16 chapters. So, I figured I’d continue reading it and then watch the anime adaptation, as well. That’s right, today’s review is a double feature.

Since the manga is short, the anime is too. It’s a three-episode OVA called Shoujo Sect: Innocent Lovers. Why did they add a subtitle onto the OVA? I’m not sure. I guess it’s to make it easier to differentiate between the anime and manga when searching online.

Shinobu Handa and Kirin Suwabe from the anime OVA Shoujo Sect: Innocent Lovers
Shinobu Handa and Kirin Suwabe

Anyway, let’s get into the main premise of the series. There are girls at an all-girls school. And, guess what? All the girls at this all-girls school are gay — even the one teacher who makes an appearance. What a great and original idea.

Okay, so as I said, I first read the manga version of the series. It was pretty decent. The sex scenes are good, which as you might expect, is important for a series like this. But, I found it pretty hard to keep track of the characters. I still don’t know who the dark-haired girl on the cover of Volume 1 is supposed to be.

The anime fixed this issue with the manga. It was way easier to understand who was who when everything was in color. And, I’d say that the sex scenes are even better in the anime. You know, because the anime adds movement and sound into the mix.

Momoko vs. Shinobu

There’s a bit more to this yuri series than “girls being girls.” It also has quite a bit of drama and a shockingly complex web of interpersonal relationships. This web has two centers: Momoko Naitou and Shinobu Handa. They’re the ones who everyone else is connected to.

Alright, let’s begin untangling the web. Shinobu and Momoko were childhood friends. Now that they’re in high school, Shinobu has a crush on Momoko. However, Momoko doesn’t remember Shinobu from their childhood. This is the start of the drama.

To make up for the lack of affection she’s receiving from Momoko, Shinobu starts her own harem. You know, as you do. The first girl in Shinobu’s harem is Kirin Suwabe, a dark-skinned girl who offers to be Shinobu’s maid. Then, Shinobu and Kirin bring Maya Enjouji into the fold, creating a three-way relationship.

Momoko Naitou and Hayato Kyouko kissing from the anime OVA Shoujo Sect: Innocent Lovers
Momoko Naitou and Hayato Kyouko kissing

Momoko’s side of the web is a bit more monogamous. But, it’s also the side that’s more taboo. Momoko is in a relationship with her teacher, Hayato Kyouko. That’s a spicy relationship right there, but it’s not all. Momoko’s friend, Chizuru Komai, has a crush on her older sister, Shigure. And, thanks to Momoko, the two of them get together.

There are some other minor characters whose names I don’t remember, as well. For example, I think there’s a pair of twins who have something going on with Maya. But, those are all the main characters.

With that said, there’s one more character I need to mention. Sayuri Ookami is a third-year student who I only think comes into the series toward the end. She wants to make Shinobu hers — she doesn’t want to join Shinobu’s harem. And, she’s the reason why the two sides of the web come back together.

The Best Part of the Manga

There was one thing that the manga did infinitely better than the anime. But, before I get to it, I need to do a little build-up.

If Momoko is in a relationship with Hayato, how does she reconnect with Shinobu? Well, after Momoko and Hayato spend a night together, Hayato coughs up blood, collapses, and is out of the picture. She doesn’t die. However, she’s no longer around and that leaves Momoko all alone.

It’s around this time that Momoko begins to remember who Shinobu is.

Now, let’s bring Sayuri, the upperclassman, into the story. Sayuri traps Shinobu in a room and sexually assaults her. Momoko discovers this happening and saves Shinobu by sending Sayuri away. And then, it happens. Momoko snaps — and this is the single best scene of the entire series (in the manga).

Momoko Naitou hitting Sayuri Ookami with a fire extinguisher from the manga Shoujo Sect
Momoko Naitou hitting Sayuri Ookami with a fire extinguisher

After catching Sayuri assaulting Shinobu, Momoko couldn’t let Sayuri walk away. She grabs a fire extinguisher and uses it to bash Sayuri in the head, in a scene I never saw coming. I guess Momoko had a lot of pent-up anger after losing her older lover and seeing her childhood friend hurt.

Okay, but how did the anime ruin this iconic scene? I guess the team working on the OVA didn’t think Momoko’s attempted murder of Sayuri was very hot. They wanted their adaptation to be sexy, not crazy. So, instead of using a fire extinguisher, Momoko only punches Sayuri in the face.

Since I watched the anime right after reading the manga, I was looking forward to this scene. The plot of this series isn’t good — as you can likely tell from how I’ve described it in this review. It’s a hentai plot. But, that scene made all the drama worth it.

Final Thoughts

I ended up giving the Shoujo Sect manga a 6/10 and the anime a 7/10. Despite altering the best scene and making it worse than it was in the manga, the anime is still better (read: hotter). As a whole, though, I enjoyed Shoujo Sect. It’s a nice yuri series.

Burn the Witch #0.8 Review

Burn the Witch #0.8 Review

Ninny and Noel Are Back!

Burn the Witch #0.8 is a special episode prequel to the Burn the Witch “movie” (it’s three episodes). I watched Burn the Witch back in the beginning of 2022. But, we just did a group watch of it in the DoubleSama Discord server in December.

As luck would have it, the day we watched Burn the Witch was also the day Burn the Witch #0.8 released. So, after completing the movie, we decided to watch the prequel. Should we have watched the prequel first? It doesn’t matter what order you watch it in.

Anyway, I liked Burn the Witch and wanted more from the series. So, of course, I was glad to see Ninny and Noel back in action in #0.8. And, I’ll go on the record to say that this special did a lot for both of their characters.

Ninny Spangcole from the anime special Burn the Witch #0.8
Ninny Spangcole

Of course, adding a fourth episode (33% more content) to any series is probably going to be an improvement. Adding one more episode onto a series like One Piece isn’t going to do much. But, adding one more episode onto something with only three episodes is huge. That’s a lot of character-building and development.

In this special, Ninny and Noel bounce off each other a lot more. For the majority of the movie, they’re in work mode. They’re fighting dragons and stuff, so they’re a bit more serious. But, that’s not the case here. They have a lot more downtime, which lets them show off their personalities more.

For example, at the start of the episode, we see that Noel really wants Ninny to call her by her first name. And we learn that Noel is the kouhai. This is a cuter side of Noel that we didn’t get to see in the movie.

The Origin of Balgo Parks

Ninny and Noel aren’t the only ones who get character development in #0.8. We can’t forget about everyone’s favorite boy, Balgo Parks. In the movie, we didn’t really know much about Balgo. So, as with Ninny and Noel, this special did a lot for his character.

Alright, so we already knew Balgo was a dragonborn or whatever it’s called. He attracts dragons due to having come into contact with one. And, of course, the one he came into contact with is none other than Osushi-chan, his dog.

There are two new pieces of information we got. We now know why Osushi-chan is a dragon. And, we now know that Osushi wasn’t the only dragon Balgo had close contact with. Though, I don’t remember if we know which of the two dragons he came into contact with first. I think it’s the other one, not Osushi-chan.

Noel Niihashi from the anime special Burn the Witch #0.8
Noel Niihashi

Let’s start with Osushi-chan. He’s actually a corpse that a dragon’s spirit took over — or something like that. I don’t believe we know exactly when Osushi-chan became a dragon. But, in #0.8, we see the first time Balgo finds out that this is the case.

The other dragon Balgo had close contact with is far more interesting. Like Osushi-chan, it was a dragon residing within a corpse. But, unlike Osushi-chan, it was residing within a human corpse. When Balgo was younger, his best friend died. And, when he did, a dragon took over his body.

Since then, for a decade or more, this dragon lived as a human. It was living as Balgo’s best friend and was there through all of Balgo’s major life events. Again, Balgo had no idea. And, he only found out when the dragon tried to use Balgo to lure in and eat Noel.

Do We Still Need More Burn the Witch?

After watching the Burn the Witch movie, I wanted more of the series. And, Burn the Witch #0.8 gave me that. But, I don’t think #0.8 was as good as the movie.

As I’ve already mentioned, it was nice that it gave us more content of the three main characters. However, the fact that it was a single-episode prequel limited it. It didn’t further the main plot or anything like that. So, it didn’t provide everything that I was looking to get out of an addition to the series.

With that in mind, yes, we still need more Burn the Witch. At the end of the movie, Ninny and Noel help defeat one of the seven legendary dragons. What about the other six? There’s theoretically still plenty of content there. And, it doesn’t even need to be that long — one or two cours could cover it all.

Noel and Ninny riding a bus from the anime special Burn the Witch #0.8
Noel and Ninny riding a bus

There is one little problem with more Burn the Witch anime, though. As far as I know, there’s not any more manga content to adapt. The manga consists of five chapters in one volume released over a single month in 2020.

Still, I think this prequel shows that the Burn the Witch world is worth exploring more. Yes, I know it’s the same world as Bleach. But, I have no interest in that series, from what I’ve seen of it. I want more cute witches hunting dragons.

We already knew there were different kinds of dragons from the movie. But, this special showcased even more variety. My favorite was the giant, camel-like dragon with trees growing in its nose. That was awesome. That’s the kind of stuff I want to see more of. Will we ever get more, though? It doesn’t look good.

Final Thoughts

I ended up giving Burn the Witch #0.8 a 6/10, which is one point less than I gave the movie. With that said, if you liked the movie, the special is worth watching. And if you’re interested in Burn the Witch, you might as well start with this since it’s the prequel.
